Celebrate the spring with an afternoon of Watershed Stewardship at famed Green Gulch organic farm and Zen center.  Sukey Parmelee and Audrey Fusco guide us in 2-1/2 hours of relaxed yet focused work in the riparian zone that has been renewed through thousands of hours of volunteers’ hands-on effort.  We open with an organic, vegetarian, farm-cooked lunch in the dining room, then meet for a brief orientation.  Each person selects, from the menu of possible jobs, work that is most suitable and pleasing.  We work together, then relax over tea and muffins.  After a brief Green Sangha meeting and conversation, we retire to the Zendo for the 5 pm meditation.  A day of renewal, from the inside out.
