“Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Proverbs (29: 18)
Seeing clearly refers to the physical capability to see the world around us, but it also refers to inner processes of cognition, understanding, and wisdom. Both inner and outer vision contribute to the quality of our health and our effectiveness as activists.
Natural vision improvement comprises a delightful set of exercises which relax, refresh, and stimulate your eyes and brain. These simple techniques include self-massage, gentle stretches for better posture, playful uses of the eyes, and deep relaxation. See how taking care of your eyes in this way can support more joyful activism. Here’s one of the simplest eye exercises, with potentially great benefit: Palming.
