Come to the Edgehill Mansion for yoga, meditation, practice discussion, and conversation with guest presenter Elena Dennis, pre-med student entering Chatham University this fall.  Elena founded Camp Cauliflower last summer to help kids in Novato learn the joy and art of cooking with whole, plant-based foods.  This summer, Camp Cauliflower joined us for a day at Green Gulch Organic Farm (photos to right and below).  Elena’s enthusiasm is infectious:  her volunteers include two high school friends, her mother, a retired teacher from Lynwood School, and Miguel Villareal, director of Food Services for Novato Unified.  Come hear how she became inspired, what she has learned, and where she is going with her vision of community well-being.
