We are making a difference
Sukey Parmelee, site manager, says: “Arbor Day was beautiful and fruitful, with many plants put in the ground, with sheet mulching and seed-ball making in the area of the Garden Creek Restoration Project. Down at the Meander Restoration Site, cape ivy was removed, weeding accomplished, and root wads added to the wood debris structures in the creek. Almost a hundred people attended. We thank you all so much for your energy and spirit, making the day a success!”
